Crepes with hot sauce jam

An easy recipe for a healthy and nutritious break. You just need a few minutes, Radici Rosse jam of your preference and a splash of cream .. Start your delight now!

  • 100 g of flour
  • 25 g of sugar
  • half teaspoon of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 dl of milk
  • 60 g of butter
  • Extra jam Radici Rosse
  • 1. Pour the flour into a bowl and add the sugar and the salt, mix well. Make a well in the center of the flour, add one egg, stir with a wooden spoon until the flour and the egg are well blended. Add the other egg. Once all the ingredients are mingled, add the milk gradually, forming a soft mixture without lumps. When the milk is well blended cover the batter and let it rest for an hour.
  • 2. Dissolve 25 g of butter and paste into the batter. Place the frying pan on the hob  to medium heat and, when it is warm, melt a piece of butter to cover the whole bottom. Take a spoon of the prepared mixture and pour it into the center of the frying pan, ensuring that the mixture is evenly distributed. To ensure that the crepe does not stick to the bottom of the pan, shake the frying pan and lift the crepe with the scoop, then keep doing so until the batter  run out.
  • 3. Warm up one of your favorite Radici Rosse jams into a bowl. Put as much jam as you wish in the center of each crepes. Spread the sauce to the edges and roll the crepes. Sprinkle a pinch of cream on top and decorate with 2 mint leaves. Serve warm.
